EXPOSEYOUR is an acronym in which each letter identifies a leadership capacity required to advance the company to the next level:  

We will cover…  

• Executive presence – The capacity to project courage and sobriety under pressure. 
• Purpose – The capacity to understand the motivation behind an initiative and the determination to follow through on the actions required to attain the desired outcome. 

• Optimization – The capacity to utilize staff and resources efficiently and effectively.  
• Strategy – The capacity to develop, implement, and operationalize a plan to scale your business, team, or department.  
• Execution – The capacity to identify the best next move, execute the strategic plan through actionable steps, and monitor accountability outcomes. 
• Yourself – The capacity to be you, recognize your abilities, deliver to your full potential, and respect the talents of others to work collaboratively. 
• Open-mindedness – The capacity to remain receptive to new ideas, challenge the status quo, and disagree respectfully.  

• Uncertainty – The capacity to recognize areas of inexperience, ask the right questions, see possibilities despite complicated conditions, and successfully lead through transformation. 
• Responsibility – The capacity to operate with integrity, be reliable, and take ownership regardless of who is at fault.  

I believe developing all 9 of these leadership competencies will help you understand if you have the capacity for the change.
