The Visionary Leader 360° Business Accelerator is an initiative dedicated to catalyzing the growth and sustainability of small businesses in Columbus, Ohio. Through a comprehensive suite of training sessions, one-on-one strategy development, and expert-led workshops, the program is designed to empower entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, and strategic insights necessary to navigate the complexities of today's business environment. Our program promises immediate, actionable results, with each session tailored to directly apply to the participating businesses' current challenges.

Schedule and Details:

  • Location: Versa 
  • Cohort #2 starts Tuesday, May 21st: Every other Tuesday from 10 am-12 pm beginning 5/21/2024 until 7/30/2024 
  • Cohort #3 starts on Tuesday, August 13th: Every other Tuesday from 10 am-12 pm beginning 8/13/2024 until 10/22/2024
  • Each cohort will have 6 group sessions- see dates below
  • Note: Each participant will also receive at least two 1:1 coaching/advisory session

          • BIO - James Beechum is a PMP certified Portfolio Management Professional and Entrepreneur with 18 years of experience managing Information Technology, Software Supply Chain, Business Operations, Process Improvement, Organizational Change Management, & Cost Savings Initiative projects using both Agile & Waterfall SDLC methodologies. Experienced in managing medium to large complex programs and projects which include but not limited to: $50M-$100M budgetary, coach and lead Agile ceremonies, and define delivery management best practices for Program/Portfolio performance.
